Tonnage 1920 - 1927

Starting in 1920, in accordance with the 1919 General Assembly, all vehicles used for hauling property were licensed according to the maximum amount of weight (tonnage) purchased by the owner. License plates for these vehicles had the symbol "T" and were issued in a specific number block. These type plates were used on both trucks and trailers through 1927.
